Our mission is to empower people, especially underrepresented people, to help shape plans and projects that will make a positive difference to local communities. We create the conversations that connect all the voices in your community. Our insights help create plans that are supported and trusted.

Impact in our communities

Based in Norwich, we’ve been delivering innovative community consultation, stakeholder engagement, creative placemaking and strategic communications since 2015. We’ve helped deliver major town centre regeneration schemes, gathered insights from tens of thousands of residents, developed place brand identities, shaped public health strategies and led national media campaigns to promote mental health research.

Turning insight into action

We support projects through a mix of in-person and virtual consultation events; engagement programmes; and communication campaigns. Our work includes facilitated workshops and round tables, alongside research, feasibility studies and clear, actionable reports. Each project is tailor made for its place and people, guided by insights and delivered practically.
