Ten years ago, we started out with a simple aim – to work with organisations who care deeply about involving their communities and are willing to take the time to make sure everyone has a voice, regardless of background or circumstances.
This focus hasn’t changed. Our clients are purpose-led, driven to create change and make a difference – from local government and charities to public sector organisations.
Becoming a B Corp shows that we’re serious about doing business differently, with a clear commitment to social and environmental responsibility. It doesn’t mean that we’re the best we could be, but it does mean we’re now part of a global movement of companies pushing for change. We’re now formally accountable to high (and rising) standards of impact, ethics and transparency.

Our founder and CEO, Sam meets with all clients to define the scope of each brief before providing strategic advice and assembling the right team to deliver campaigns, maintaining a hands-on, client-facing approach throughout.
Sam established Filigree in 2015, building on over 15 years of experience in planning, transport, infrastructure, and local government.
Filigree works with a trusted team of experts across community engagement, place marketing, research, brand and communications.
